Mr. Oyeniyi Raimi FCCA CeFA – Chairman/CEO                                                                             A Seasoned Leader Bridging Agriculture, Finance, Construction and Global Commerce.   A highly accomplished and results-oriented professional with a unique and powerful blend of academic expertise and extensive practical experience spanning banking, agribusiness, construction, property development, finance, accounting, and international business. Possessing a strong educational foundation complemented by significant managerial and senior-level roles within the banking, agribusiness, commercial, property development, and housing provision sectors across both Nigeria and the United Kingdom. A proven serial entrepreneur driven by strong family values and a commitment to building sustainable and impactful ventures. Oyeniyi has a deep Understanding of the Agri-Business Landscape he holds a comprehensive understanding of agricultural principles and practices, providing a foundational insight into the primary sector and its critical role in the global economy. His financial Acumen and Strategic Oversight has created a robust framework for financial management, analysis, and strategic decision-making, honed through experience in the demanding banking sector. Oyeniyi has a comprehensive global perspective in business operations through his educational background in international business, coupled with professional experience in both Nigerian and UK markets, which has fostered a nuanced understanding of global trade, market dynamics, and cross-cultural business practices. With proven leadership across diverse sectors, Oyeniyi has demonstrated success in managerial and senior-level positions within banking, commercial industries, property development, and housing provision where he showcased adaptable leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive results in complex environments. His entrepreneurial drive and vision coupled with a passion for innovation and value creation has led to establishment of a few successful businesses either alone or in collaboration with others. Executive Director.

Temitope Kafila Oyeniyi-Raimi is the Co-founder of Wafila Group of Companies and a driving force in the agribusiness sector. A graduate of Animal Science from the University of Ibadan, Kafila’s vision and passion underpin the Group’s success.
As Managing Director of Wafila Food, Wafila Trading, and Wafila Restaurant, and Vice Chairperson of Wafila Group, she leads key functions, including food processing, marketing, and farm shop management.
With over two decades of post-graduation experience gained in Nigeria and the UK, including roles in social care, teaching, and nursing, Kafila possesses a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership acumen. She also holds a degree from London City University.

Chief Financial Officer

Ojo Adeyemi Peter is a highly accomplished and results-oriented finance professional with a proven track record of over 15 years in accounting and financial management. Holding the prestigious Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), alongside a Higher National Diploma in Accounting, Ojo brings a wealth of expertise in financial reporting, statutory compliance, internal control systems, and treasury management.
Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Wafila Group Nigeria Limited, Ojo is responsible for the preparation and presentation of financial reports, ensuring adherence to statutory regulations, implementing sound accounting practices, and managing audit exercises. Prior to this, Ojo held the position of Head of Accounts at Specific Tools & Techniques Limited, where they oversaw treasury operations, cash flow management, and fixed asset accounting.
Earlier in his career, Ojo contributed to the financial operations of Catholic Hospital Oluyoro, gaining experience in areas such as assets management, budget preparation, and payment authorization. Their commitment to professional development is further underscored by their membership in the Associate Accounting Technicians (AAT).
Ojo is proficient in a range of accounting software, including CAPIUM, Sage 50 Premium, Xero, Unleashed, and Tally, as well as Microsoft Excel and Word. With a strong focus on achieving organizational goals through effective financial management and collaborative teamwork, Ojo Adeyemi Peter is a valuable asset to any organization

Chief Operating Officer

Ayodeji Mcdonald James is a seasoned and results-driven professional with over 25 years of experience in project coordination, business development, strategic planning, and administrative leadership. His diverse industry background, spanning construction, publishing, marketing, and education, showcases a consistent track record of delivering high-impact results and driving operational excellence.

Holding an HND in Land Surveying & Geo-Informatics, Ayodeji combines technical expertise with practical field experience. He excels in leading cross-functional teams, overseeing end-to-end project delivery, and cultivating strong client relationships to foster sustainable growth. His specialization in project aesthetics and finishing ensures visually impressive and functional outcomes.
Ayodeji is passionate about continuous learning, innovation, and collaborative teamwork.

Company Secretary & Executive Assistant

Oyindamola Motunrayo serves as the Office Secretary and Executive Assistant to the Chairman. She supports executive operations, manages communication and scheduling, and ensures seamless coordination across the Group. Her professionalism, discretion, and efficiency make her an essential part of Wafila Group’s daily success.
